Rebound’s physical therapy policy requires that patients have a referral when billing insurance. The referral can come from any medical provider. Patients do not need a referral for sports performance programs (Jump, Throwing, Bike Fitting).
Our physical therapists offer both surgery rehabilitation as well as sport-specific injury prevention in the following areas:

If you call before or after our office hours with an urgent problem, our answering service will relay your message to our on-call doctor. He or she will promptly return your call.

From Vancouver (I-5 South):
- Take Exit 302-A for Rose Quarter/City Center.
- Bear right onto Broadway toward City Center.
- Proceed straight on Broadway in the far left-hand lane.
- Go to the very last traffic light BEFORE the Broadway Bridge.
- Turn left onto Larabee Avenue.
- Go to the traffic light, which is Interstate Avenue.
- Turn left onto Interstate Avenue.
- At the very first traffic light, turn left; this is Drexler Drive.
- Head toward the Public Annex, where you will see a white tollbooth to the right. Head into the underground parking.
- Take the elevator up to level 1.
From Salem (I-5 North):
- Take Exit 302-A for Rose Quarter/City Center.
- Cross Weidler Street.
- Turn left onto Broadway Street toward City Center.
- Proceed straight on Broadway in the far left-hand lane.
- Go to the very last traffic light BEFORE the Broadway Bridge.
- Turn left onto Larabee Avenue.
- Go to the traffic light, which is Interstate Avenue.
- Turn left onto Interstate Avenue.
